The Moth Podcast

I only started listening to this podcast based on a 2009 article about Terri Garr. This podcast is basically different people from all over telling a story, some funny, some not. Wake Up Call . This is a 10 minute story about an early relationship of Terri Garr. I was laughing out loud. Radio Hour, Stuck! This was typical of some stories I listened to. Each podcast typically has 3-4 stories. Once in a while there are some good ones but you have to wade through a lot of mediocrity to find it. Reminds me of a toastmaster meeting.

Revisionist History

I started listening to this podcast which is hosted by author, Malcom Gladwell. He is an interesting character and their is a lot of tongue in cheek humor. Can't decide yet, but so far... 3 Stars Episode 11 Bonus, The Queen of Cuba. Fascinating tale of one of the biggest spy scandals of the 90s. I loved the story but Malcom insisted on a 10 minute commercial for his new audio book half way through the podcast. Listen and then google Ana Montes. Episode 8, In a Metal Mood Should Pat Boone be in the rock in roll hall of fame. And what's Taco Bell got to do with this? This is a good example of the author's humor.
