Decoder Ring

 Decoder ring podcast is basically, what was really happening in the background of the main story. I've only listened to 4or 5 shows so far and I like but not really hooked yet. Some of the shows seem to run out of material and an adjacent, unnecessary subject is added.

Favorite shows so far:

Chuck E. Cheese Pizza War. I knew about chuck e cheese but not everything.

Baby Shark. Where did that ear worm come from?

The Coldest Case in Laramie from Serial

The coldest case in Laramie is a podcast about a murder 30 years prior and narrated by a New York times journalist who was in high school at the time. The podcast tells the story of bad police work, faulty memories and creepy suspects. I can't rate this 4 stars because I thought the recording of the suspect interviews went on a bit too long. The case does not get wrapped up in a nice bow. 3 1/2 stars out of 4

Suspect

 I finished season 1 last year and then forgot about the series, just started season 2. The episodes are clear and concise but I'm basically reviewing season 1. The podcast starts on Halloween night in Redmond, Washington. The next day, a young woman, Aprana is found dead. There is no shortage of suspects. I liked the podcast and it kept me intrigued.
